(Click on "Dates" to see Graphs of Sampling Results)

July 27, 2009 -- moderately high numbers of adult psyllids were captured on the traps especially in Tri16. No eggs and nymphs were detected in F5, but both Tri and CLC had moderate numbers of eggs and nymphs. One of the adults from CLC 18A was positive for Liberibacter. Trap in CLC 18 were moved to the filed border on July 28.

July 20, 2009 -- moderately high numbers of adult psyllids were captured on the traps especially in Tri16. Only low numbers of eggs and nymphs were detected on the leaves, mainly in CLC 18. None of the adults collected were positive for Liberibacter.

July 13-14, 2009 -- moderately high numbers of adult psyllids were captured on the traps with increases in fields Tri16 and F5. None of the adults collected were positive for Liberibacter. Very low numbers of eggs and nymphs were detected on the leaves.

July 6, 2009 -- moderately high numbers of adult psyllids were captured on the traps with increases in all of the fields except for the control plot. Numbers of eggs and nymphs detected on the leaves was still very low. Three of 42 psyllids tested positive for Liberibacter (see the July+13-14 report). All of these ‘hot’ psyllids came from CLC 18.
