I have a dual role in extension and research which revolves around IPM and IRM of arthropods in corn, soybean, sorghum, cotton and wheat.
Current research projects:
- Effect of host hybrid on spider mites in the high plains region
- Limited and variable irrigation effects on corn pests
- Insecticide resistance of major corn pests including spider mites and western corn rootworm
- Effect of cross pollination on ear feeding pests of corn
