I have a dual role in extension and research which revolves around IPM and IRM of arthropods in corn, soybean, sorghum, cotton and wheat.

Current research projects:

  • Effect of host hybrid on spider mites in the high plains region
  • Limited and variable irrigation effects on corn pests
  • Insecticide resistance of major corn pests including spider mites and western corn rootworm
  • Effect of cross pollination on ear feeding pests of corn
