If you have any issues or need to aquire technology for work, you must email your request to aginfotech@ksu.edu. This will submit a ticket. It is required for obtaining any equipment that is used for campus activity including but not limited to laptops, iPads, printers, label makers, etc.

Questions about university email accounts

Visiting scientists and other guests can get eIDs and email addresses. This requires filling out an online application found on the K-State eID and Password page.
When no longer affilated with K-State, a user's email address will remain active for forwarding as long as the user changes the password on their eID every five years. However, access to webmail and the ability to receive emails directly at a user's K-State email address is disabled the first of the Fall semester for Spring graduates and the first of the Spring semester for Fall graduates.
- NOTE : this applies to students ONLY. Faculty and Staff will lose their email accounts shortly after leaving the University. They will still be able to set the account to forward, but have a limited amount of time in which to do so (or you can pay $50 to keep it active longer).
To set up a forwarding email address, the user can log into eid.ksu.edu and change the forwarding address under the Email section.
- Automated forwarding of email from a university email account to non-University email addresses is prohibited. However, forwarding to other University-sanctioned K-State email addresses, such as those with approved domains (include, but not limited to: vet.k-state.edu, phys.ksu.edu, kstatesports.com, k-state.com), is permitted as long as it complies with applicable policies.
