Our people research how insects and arthropods function, live, communicate, and thrive. We find ways to protect the beneficial populations and reduce the burden of pest populations. And we’re passionate about interdisciplinary collaboration to yield the highest quality research.

Our spaces are home to research ranging from state-of-the-art molecular experiments to greenhouse space and everything in between. We have facilities which accommodate live insects under strict biosafety containment. Our partnerships include the USDA-ARS, USDA-NBAF, and more.
